Mrs Thando Sibotshiwe - Managing Director

Mrs Thando Sibotshiwe is a trained Business Analyst. After completing a Bachelor of Commerce degree at Wits University, Thando was employed as a Business Analyst at the American International Group South Africa, AIG SA. AIG SA is a global short term insurance company. Subsequent to leaving AIG, she joined Innovation Maven. Innovation Maven is a company that provides global-quality insurance software and service solutions to the insurance industry. As a Business Analyst, Thando was responsible for analysing the business needs of the clients to help identify business problem and propose solutions. Thando also performed the liaison function between the client and the organization.

Mr Dereck Goto - Technical Director

Dereck has worked on over 350 web based projects of varying sizes and complexities in Africa and beyond since 2002 from the internet business analysis phase to the conceptualisation and building phases.
He has also deployed several internet based marketing solutions for his clients. Dereck has experience in the development of other marketing solutions – these include corporate video production, graphic design (for print media) and production of interactive CD’ s using Flash.

Mr Nigel Mhlanga - Art Director

Nigel is a genuine creative artist. He has been working in the advertising and graphic design field for over 10 years. He creates well-thought-out designs that communicate with the target audience. His graphic design experience spans different industries which include Banking, Politics, Entertainment and Toursim. He is the main creative eye at Web Entangled.
